A Project Example of Treating Chinese Herbal Medicine Wastewater

采用气浮/MBR组合工艺处理以鹿茸为原料的保健品制药废水,污水处理规模30 m3/d,COD、BOD5、NH3-N、悬浮物SS、油脂由720 mg/L、340 mg/L、24 mg/L、320 mg/L、12.5 mg/L降低至220.4 mg/L、78.45 mg/L、14.1 mg/L、80.48 mg/L、5.78 mg/L。出水远高于《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》(DB21/1627-2008)所规定的排放标准,处理后直接排入市政管网。自动化程度高,运行费用适中,处理成本2.25元/t水。

The flotation/MBR combination process was used to treat Chinese herbal medicine wastewater, and sewage treatment scale was 30 m^3/d.COD, BOD_5, NH_3-N, suspended solids SS and oil contents were decreased from 720 mg/L,340 mg/L,24 mg/L,320 mg/L,12.5 mg/L to 220.4 mg/L, 78.45 mg/L,14.1 mg/L, 80.48 mg/L,5.78 mg/L. The effluent can meet the emission standard stipulated in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning Province（DB21/1627-2008） and may be directly discharged into the municipal pipe network. The process has many advantages, such as high automation degree, low operating cost, processing cost is 2.25 Yuan/ton wastewater.
