Enzyme is the key to application of bio-catalysis technology in different industries, and it is also industrial base to establish a sustainable society and to solve the problem of high energy consumption and heavy pollution. In this paper, application of industrial enzymes in various industries in recent years was introduced, and the problems during development of industrial enzymes were summarized as well as the countermeasures. At last, the market of industrial enzymes was prospected.
