Splenic diffuse red pulp small B-cell lymphoma： report of one case and review of literature

摘要 目的 探讨脾弥漫性红髓小B细胞淋巴瘤（SDRPSBCL）的临床病理特点、诊断和治疗.方法 回顾性分析1例SDRPSBCL患者的临床病理资料,并结合相关文献对该病进行复习.结果 SDRPSBCL患者临床以脾大、发热及淋巴细胞计数升高为主要表现,经脾脏组织病理学及其他相关检查可确诊为SDRPSBCL.结论 SDRPSBCL是一种新被认识的独立疾病实体,临床发病率低,以中小淋巴瘤细胞弥漫性浸润脾红髓为重要病理特征.该病行脾切除联合化疗效果好.
