路基压实度与振动轮加速度的关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了实现路基压实度在线监测以提高压实作业效率,研究了振动压路机与路基土之间的动力学关系,建立了路基振动压实系统动力学模型;分析了用振动轮垂直加速度有效值表示路基压实度的技术和方法。研究表明:垂直振动加速度与路基土的刚度正相关,与其阻尼负相关。现场试验得到了路基土的压实度与振动轮垂直加速度有效值之间的回归公式和相关系数,并提出了路基压实度在线监测系统的设计方案。 In order to realize the on-line monitoring of roadbed compaction to improve the compaction efficiency,the dynamics relationship between vibration roller and the roadbed soil was researched and the dynamics model for roadbed vibration compaction system was established.The technology and method which used vertical vibration acceleration RMS of roller to express the compaction degree of roadbed was analyzed.The research indicates that:the vertical vibration acceleration of roller is positively correlated with the subgrade's stiffness and negatively correlated with the damping.Through the field test,the regression formula and the correlation coefficient between the compaction degree of subgrade soil and the vertical acceleration RMS of roller were obtained,and the design scheme of the on-line monitoring system for subgrade compactness was also put forward.
