摘要
近年来,利用点阵激光促进外用药物经皮传输的方法得到越来越多的关注。其可能的机制主要是利用激光产生的光机械波及光热效应破坏药物经皮传输的主要屏障-角质层和表皮层。该方法具有提高药物生物利用度、缩短治疗时间等优势。本文就点阵激光辅助药物传输的原理、影响因素及应用做一综述。
In recent years, the concept of fractional laser-assisted drug delivery via skin has attracted increasing attention. The possible mechanism of using fractional lasers to promote drug permeation is to ablate directly the skin barrier, i. e. , stratum corncum, with pho- tomechanical wave and photothermal effect. It has been demonstrated that such approach brings in some advantages such as increased bioavailability of drugs and shortened treatment time. This review summarizes the theory, influence factors and application of fractional laser-assisted drug delivery.
