摘要
目的:探究广东铁路警察工作压力对主观幸福感的影响及人格特征在其中所起的作用。方法:采用工作压力量表、认知与情绪幸福量表及艾森克人格问卷,对广东省284名铁路警察开展调查。结果:(1)铁路警察的主观幸福感在职称(F=3.127,P<0.05)、收入水平(F=3.329,P<0.05)上存在显著差异;(2)铁路警察的工作压力、人格特质和主观幸福感之间均呈显著相关(r=-0.866~0.668,P<0.001);(3)人格特质在广东省铁路警察工作压力和主观幸福感间起中介作用。结论:广东铁路警察工作压力与幸福感水平呈显著负相关,人格特质起中介作用。
Objective:To discuss the influence of the working pressure on the subjective well being of Guangdong railway police and the role of personality characteristics in them. Methods:284 railway policemen of Guangdong were investigated by using the work stress scale, cognitive and emotional well-being scale and Eysenck personality ques: tionnaire. Results: ①There were significant differences in the subjective well being of the railway police in different titles(F=3.127,P〈0.05)and income levels(F=3.329,P〈0.05).②There was a significant correlation between the job stress, personality traits and subjective well being (r=-0.866~0.668,P〈0.001).③Personality traits played an intermediary role in job stress and subjective well being of Guangdong railway police. Conclusion.. Guangdong railway police' work stress and happiness level are significantly negatively correlated (P〈0.001), personality traits plays an intermediary role.
