摘要
目的:探讨心理弹性和社会支持对陆航飞行教员心理应激的影响。方法:采用社会支持评定量表、中文版心理弹性量表和军人心理应激自评问卷对陆航训练基地124名陆航飞行教员进行调查。结果:(1)陆航飞行教员心理应激、社会支持和心理弹性在部分人口统计学变量上存在显著的差异;(2)心理应激与社会支持(r=-0.344,P<0.001)、心理弹性(r=-0.551,P<0.001)均呈负相关,社会支持与心理弹性(r=0.374,P<0.001)呈正相关;(3)社会支持(β=-0.081,P<0.05)、心理弹性(β=-0.133,P<0.001)对陆航飞行教员心理应激有着较好的负向预测作用,心理弹性在社会支持和心理应激之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为53.38%。结论:增强陆航飞行教员的社会支持和心理弹性有助于降低陆航飞行教员心理应激水平。
Objective:Discussing how mental elasticity and social support effect the psychological stress of army aviation helicopter flying instructor.Methods: We researched 124 army aviation helicopter flying instructors in army aviation training base, using SSRS, CD- RISC, Soldier Psychological Stress SelfRating Scale.Results: ① The psychological stress of army aviation helicopter flying instructor, social support, mental elasticity existed significant differences in some demographic variables. ②Psychological stress presented negative correlation with social support (r=-0.344,P〈0.001)and mental elasticity(r=-0.551,P〈0.001).Social support was positive correlated with mental elasticity(r=0.374,P〈0.001).③Social support (β=-0.081,P〈0.05)and mental elasticity (β=-0.133,P〈 0.001)had better negative prediction function to army aviation helicopter flying instructor's psychological stress. Mental elasticity played an intermediary effect in social support and psychological stress. The intermediary effect of total effect ratio was 53.38 %.Conclusion:Strengthening army aviation helicopter flying instructor's social support and mental elasticity can be contribute to reduce their psychological stress levels.
