摘要 目的:调查分析新形势下实习生对于实习医院等级的意向及其原因,为做好实习分配工作提供依据。方法:以某军医大学为例,自编问卷调查即将实习的413名临床专业学员的实习意向及考虑因素。结果:413名实习医学生大多数愿意去三级医院实习(74.8%);愿意去二级医院实习的占25.2%。选择三级医院的理由主要是师资力量强(87.5%),其次是带教规范(72.1%),再次是教学条件完备(67.9%);选择二级医院的理由主要是动手操作机会多(82.4%),其次是常见病多(66.7%)。在选择实习取向时,大多数学员会在考虑医院等级(71.5%)的同时考虑地域因素(71.0%)。结论:医学生主体实习愿望是三级医院,医院等级和地域因素是实习生考虑实习去向的两个主要因素。 Objective:To survey on medical students about their intentions of the grades of teaching hospitals and the reasons in new tendency to put preference for the internship assignment work.Methods: With self-made questionnaires, the 413 medical students in some military medical university who were going to practice were surveyed on about their intentions of the grades of teaching hospitals and the reasons.Results: The most majority of the 413 students were willing to practice in tertiary hospitals (74.8%), whereas 25.2% of them were willing to go to secondary hospitals. The reasons for choosing tertiary hospitals were mainly strong faculty (87.50/0), standardized teaching (72.1%) and complete conditions (67.9 %), and the reasons for choosing secondary hospitals were mainly more hands-on opportunities (82.4 % ) and more frequently- occurring diseases (66.7 % ). When choosing the practice orientations, most students took geographical factors into account besides the grades of the hospitals.Conclusion:Most of medical students are willing to choose tertiary hospitals to practice. The grades of teaching hospitals and the geographical factors are both their mainly considered aspects.
