摘要
目的:探讨大学生自我领导是否在情绪智力与自我效能间存在中介作用。方法:采用自我领导力量表、情绪智力量表以及一般自我效能感量表对随机抽取的400名大学生进行测试。结果:(1)情绪智力与自我效能、情绪智力与自我领导以及自我领导与自我效能均存在显著正相关(r=0.50,0.67,0.53;P<0.001);(2)情绪智力和自我领导均能显著预测自我效能(P<0.001);(3)大学生自我领导在情绪智力与自我效能之间的中介效应为0.33,中介效应占总效应的比例为47%。结论:大学生自我领导是情绪智力影响自我效能感的部分中介变量。
Objective: To explore whether self-leadership mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and self--efficacy.Methods: The College Students Self-leadership Questionnaire, the Emotional Intelligence Scale and the General Self-Efficacy Scale were adopted to investigate 400 college students who were randomly chosen.Resuits: ①Emotional intelligence and self- efficacy, emotional intelligence and self-leadership, self- leadership and self-efficacywere all significantly positively correlated(r=0.50,0.67,0.53;P〈0.001);②Both of emotional intelligence and self-leadership could significantly predict self-efficacy;③The mediating effect of college students' self -leadership between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy was 0.33 ,which accounted for 47 percent of the total effect.Conclusion:College students' self-leadership is a partial mediator between emotional intelligence and self- efficacy.
