摘要 沥青养护车搅拌筒的搅拌性能直接影响着其工作效率,其中叶片对搅拌性能起着至关重要的作用.与传统的螺旋叶片相比立式叶片结构简单、易拆装,具有良好的搅拌性能和优良的破碎性能.通过离散元仿真软件对搅拌筒内部立式叶片的数量和倾斜角对沥青颗粒受力、破碎性、均匀性等搅拌性能的影响进行数值模拟,为沥青养护车的立式叶片优化设计提供了参考. The mixing performance of the mixing drum of the asphalt maintenance vehicle has a direct influence on its working efficiency, and the blades have a vital role in the mixing performance. Compared with the conventional spiral blade, the structure of the vertical blades are simple and easy to assemble, and has good mixing performance and good crushing performance. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the mixing performance of the vertical blades. Numerical simulation on the influence of the number of vertical blades and tilt angle in the mixing drum on the mechanical properties such as the strength, the crushing and the homogeneity of the asphalt particles was made by discrete element simulation software, which can provide a reference for optimum design for the vertical blades of the asphalt maintenance truck.
