摘要
抽水蓄能发电机组转子中阻尼环连接片作为阻尼绕组的重要部件,在发电机组运行过程中受到离心力、电磁力等作用,极易发生疲劳开裂并刮伤定子绕组绝缘等严重事故.目前应用最广的转子阻尼环连接片有两种,分别为普通型阻尼环连接片和Ω型阻尼环连接片.通过有限元软件分析两种转子阻尼环连接片在不同工况下的应力应变,并计算了两种阻尼环连接片的安全系数.根据疲劳寿命评估方法,得到了两种转子阻尼环连接片的疲劳寿命,为阻尼环连接片的选型和制定连接片的维护及更换周期提供参考.
Due that the rotor damping ring connection strap of pumped storage generator set, a critical component of damping winding, is impacted by centrifugal and electromagnetic forces, such accidents as fatigue cracking and stator winding insulation scratching frequently occur. Currently, two types of rotor damping ring connection straps are widely applied, i. e. the general and Ω types. By analyzing the stress variations during acceleration and deceleration processes via finite element software, such working conditions as runaway, unloading and rated rotary speeds in term of 720,680 and 500 rpm respectively are first investigated. Then, the maximum stress and strain areas of rotor damping ring connection straps, together with safety coefficients, are obtained. Based on the fatigue life assessment, the connection strap selection, along with tailor-made strap maintenance and regular replacement, is provided.
