摘要
山东半岛是我国水产养殖业发达地区,也是我国出口水产品的主要来源地。论文通过文献资料、专家问卷调研等方式,建立了评价指标和评估标准,运用层次分析法及模糊综合评价理论,构建了水产品质量安全监管水平评价模型,对山东半岛8个区县的水产品质量安全监管水平进行了综合评价,并针对监管工作中存在的问题提出了措施建议,为进一步提升山东半岛水产品质量安全监管能力提供参考。
Shandong peninsula is aquaculture developed areas,and it is the main sources of exported aquatic products in China. Based on the result of investigate and survey,the thesis established the evaluation index and evaluation criteria,and used the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy set theory to constructed the aquatic products quality safety supervision effect evaluation model.Aquatic products quality and safety supervision level in the area are comprehensive evaluated,and according to the existing problems,relevant improvement measures are suggested,which is provides a useful reference to Shandong＇s aquatic products quality safety supervision system.
