VirtualLab Fusion对SNOM光纤探针内部光场分布的仿真

摘要 为了深入研究扫描近场光学显微镜(Scanning near-field optical microscope,SNOM)光纤探针导光特性,我们利用VirtualLab Fusion光学软件,仿真研究了光纤探针内部的光场分布.结果显示,光纤探针内部的光场分布呈固定的花样;中轴线光场具有峰值结构,其最大值位于探针出口前120nm处;这个最大峰值随着光纤外层铝层厚度的增加呈现先减小后增加,最后趋于稳定的变化,随着光源偏振态的变化呈现正弦的分布. To study the property of light guiding of SNOM optical probes, a simulation of the optical distribution inside of SNOM optical probes was made with VirtualLab Fusion. The results showed that the optical distribution was stable patterns and had a peak-valley structure along the optical axis inside of the optical probe. The maximum peak was located at 120 nm in front of the exit-end of the probe and varied with the thickness of the aluminum outside of the probe. When the thickness of the aluminum varied, the maximum peak decreased firstly, then increased, and finally kept stable. In addition, the maximum peak had a sine variation with the source polarization.
