摘要
循环经济模式是现代社会提倡的发展模式,地区循环经济的现状评价是循环经济研究的重要内容之一.本文基于现有的循环经济评价,以浙江省作为研究案例,采用了熵值法设定了该指标体系的权重,并建立循环经济效率评价模型,构建浙江省循环经济评价指标体系.通过对2013年浙江省的循环经济实证评价,对省域各地区环境效益、资源效益、经济效益进行分类评价,主要结论有:在三种效益中,浙江省环境效益最差,资源效益中等,经济效益最优;其中经济效益最优的是杭州,环境效益最优的是绍兴,资源效益最优的是温州;杭州、温州地区的循环经济效率较高.
Circular economy is the advocated development mode of society. The Evaluation of circular economy development is an important part of a circular economy study. Based on the circular economy of Zhejiang Province, this paper set the weight of the index system with the entropy method to establish the evaluation model of circular economy efficiency. The environment, resources and the economic benefits of various regions were analyzed through an evaluation of the circular economy of Zhejiang Province in 2013. Conclusions were that among the three benefits the environmental benefit came out the worst with resource efficiency in the middle, and the economic benefit as the best. Of the cities, the economic benefit of Hangzhou came out the best with the environmental benefit of Shaoxing and the resource efficiency of Wenzhou as the best. Additionally, the circular economy benefits of Wenzhou and Hangzhou were higher than those of the others.
