循环农业生态产业链构建研究进展与展望

Construction of Circular Agricultural Eco-Industrial Chain:Research Progress and Prospect

循环农业生态产业链是转变传统农业线型经济发展模式、建设生态文明,实现农业可持续发展的必然选择。该文在查阅大量相关文献的基础上,回顾了循环农业生态产业链的内涵、特征、形成机制、空间布局,以及循环农业生态产业链的构建对传统农业的改造和效益提升。研究表明:共生关系、经济利益的驱动、对生态效益的追求、政府的引导和激励及技术的支持和保障5个因素促进了循环农业生态产业链的形成循环农业生态产业链在空间上的布局表现为企业、园区和区域3个层次通过构建区域循环农业生态产业链网,实现农户与企业、城市与乡村、农业与其他产业的综合效益最大化,促进区域全面协调可持续发展循环农业生态产业链的构建能够有效提高农业资源的利用效率,保护生态环境,促进农业现代化发展增强农业产业竞争力。今后应该从丰富生态产业链的形成机制、运行效率和空间布局等方面进一步加强对循环农业生态产业链的研究。

Circular agricultural eco-industrial chain（CAEIC） is essential to transformation of the traditional agricultural economy pattern and the sustainable development of agriculture.Based on extensive literature reviewing this paper indroduces CAEIC in terms of concepts,characteristics,layout and mechanism,analyzing its positive effects on agricultural development.The paper indicates that the symbiotic relationship,economic benefit drive,pursuance of eco-efficiency,guidance and encouragement by the government as well as technology,are the five factors to promote the construction of CAEIC;and the intrests of peasant families and enterprises,cities and countryside,as well as agriculture and other industries could be maximized through constriction of CAEIC,hence the whole region＇s sustainable development would be realized.Moreover,CAEIC improves the utilization efficient of resources,promotes the modernization and competitiveness of agriculture.Finally,a further study on CAEIC is expected regarding mechanism of its formation,operational efficiency and the space layout.
