小儿癫痫诊断和鉴别诊断中视频脑电图的应用价值

The Application Value of Video Electroencephalogram in the Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Children Epilepsy

目的分析小儿癫痫诊断和鉴别诊断中视频脑电图的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月-12月我院100例癫痫患儿作为观察组,再选取同期我院100例健康体检儿童作为对照组,两组均进行视频脑电图检测,观察两组检测异常率;再单独对观察组患儿进行视频脑电和常规脑电图检查,观察两种检查方式的检测异常率。结果对比观察组与对照组,视频脑电图的检测异常率分别为80.0%（80/100）和30.0%（30/100）,观察组异常率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;单独对观察组采用视频脑电图和常规脑电图检查,发现两种检查方式的异常率分别为80.0%（80/100）和54.0%（54/100）,视频脑电图的检测异常率显著优于常规脑电图（P〈0.05）。结论通过分析发现,视频脑电图在小儿癫痫诊断中有较高的特异性,应用效果优于常规脑电图,对诊断和治疗小儿癫痫具有重要的的临床意义。

Objective To analyze the application value of video electroencephalogram（VEEG） in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of children epilepsy.Methods Selected 100 cases of children with epilepsy in our hospital from January to December 2015 as the observation group and then selected 100 caseh of healthy children ＇in our hospital at the same time as the control group, the two groups were treated with VEEG and observed the detecting abnormal rates of this two. Then the observation group was treated with VEEG and routine electroencephalogram （REEG） examination alone, and the abnormal rates of the two kinds of inspection methods were observed. Results Contrast the observation group with the control group,the detecting abnormal rates of VEEG were 80.0%（80/100） and 30.0%（30/100）, the abnormal rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; The observation group was treaded alone with VEEG and REEG examination, then we found the abnormal rates of the two kinds of inspection methods were 80.0% （80/100） and 54.0% （54/100）, the detecting abnormal rate of VEEG was superior to that of REEG（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through the analysis,we found that VEEG in the diagnosis of children epilepsy had a higher specificity, and the application effect was better than REEG,and this had an important clinical significance in diagnosing and treating children epilepsy.
