中小港口航运服务业发展研究——以威海港为例

Shipping Service Industry Development Strategy Research on Small and Medium-sized——Weihai as example

随着"海洋强国"及"一带一路"战略的推进,港口全球化竞争日趋激烈。航运服务业作为现代航运发展重要突破点,对于提升港口软实力、促进城市产业升级、加快国际服务贸易和海洋经济发展以及强化港口城市功能均具有十分重要的战略意义。目前针对大型港口发展高端航运服务业的研究较多,而对于资源相对薄弱的中小港口研究较少。本文以威海港为例,分析了中小港口航运服务发展现状,提出了存在的问题及发展策略,以期对中小港口航运服务业发展决策有所借鉴。

With the development of economic globalization, more closely connection and global development in shipping, especially the competition among harbor cities more intense. Shipping service industry is the important point of modern shipping which development and prosperity in the future. Accelerate develop modern shipping service industry has became the important path to promote urban competitiveness and gathering radiation ability in harbor cities. Small and medium-sized port develop modern shipping service industry, which has very important strategic significance in raising port soft power, promoting urban industry update, accelerating international service trade and ocean economic development, strengthen harbor cities＇ function.
