摘要
【目的】研究不同浓度的"粒宝宝"对大豆叶片各生理指标和产量的影响,为"粒宝宝"叶面肥大面积推广应用提供科学依据。【方法】以"淮豆11"为材料,分别用0 ml/L(对照)、1 ml/L、2 ml/L和3 ml/L的"粒宝宝"氨基酸叶面肥溶液进行处理。于处理后的第7d、14d、21d、28d和35d取样测定叶片中叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及产量。【结果】各处理中,2 ml/L和3 ml/L的"粒宝宝"处理中叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和均高于对照,单株荚数、粒数、百粒重和单位面积产量均显著增加。【结论】大豆喷施"粒宝宝"可明显提高大豆叶片的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白的含量,能显著提高大豆产量。
[ Objective ]The physiological characteristics and yield of soybean under different fertilizer- Libaobao solutions were studied, providing a scientific basis for effective utilization of Libaobao. [ Methods ] Field experiments were conducted by Libaobao solution in 0 ml/L (control), 1 ml/L, 2 ml/L and 3 ml/L. The effects of Libaobao on chlorophyll content, soluble sugar and protein content of soybean leaves and yield of Huaidou 11 were measured at day 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35. [ Results ]The results showed that chlorophyll con- tent, soluble sugar, protein content of soybean leaves, pod number, kernels, hundred-grain weight and yield of Huaidou 11 were significantly increased under 2 ml/L and 3 ml/L solution treatments. [ Conclusion ] Libaobao can improve chlorophyll, soluble protein content and enhance soybean yield.
