毛葡萄病害综合防控对产量的效应

摘要 【目的】为解决果农在毛葡萄病害防治中存在盲目使用化学药剂,造成成本高、防效低和污染重的现象,研究了毛葡萄全生育期病害有效防控实现毛葡萄高产稳产的技术。【方法】以毛葡萄生长发育期为切入点,根据各时期病害发生的特点而增减、更换使用不同的化学药剂、植物生长调节剂、叶面肥等措施。【结果】在水源试验区不同病害的盛发期综合防控措施试验区毛葡萄病害发病率均低于对照区。其中毛葡萄霜霉病试验区发病率为9.0%,显著低于对照区的发病率56.0%;穗轴褐腐病试验区发病率为25%,而对照区发病率则为47.3%,两者之间差异达到显著水平;穗轴溃疡病试验区的发病率比对照区降低23%;在供试的6个试验区实现毛葡萄分别增产52.88%、47.29%、47.96%、51.02%、57.46%和33.90%。【结论】本研究提供的毛葡萄病害综合防控措施能够对毛葡萄全生育期病害有效防控,实现毛葡萄高产稳产。 [ Objective ] In order to solve the issues of inadequate experience for the prevention and treatment in downy grape, existing the issues of blind applying chemicals, high cost, low control effect and the phe- nomenon of heavy pollution, provide grape grape diseases effective prevention and control in the whole stages to achieve high and stable yield. [ Method ]This test are developing as the breakthrough point, according to the characteristics of the disease occurs and increase or decrease, change to use different chemicals, plant growth regulator, fertilizer and other measures. [ Results ]In full incidence phase of comprehensive prevention and control measures of water source area, the disease incidence of downy grape are lower than the control area. [ Conclusion ]This study provide a comprehensive prevention and control measures to grape disease effective prevention and control in the whole stages, to achieve high and stable yield of downy grape.
