中小铸造企业搬迁改造工程建设的几点建议

Some Suggestions on Small and Medium Sized Foundry Enterprise Relocation and Reconstruction Project Construction

针对我国中小铸造企业在改造过程中面临的生产规模规划、建设层次分析、方案设计、成本控制、项目建设关键路径设置、项目选址和节能环保投入等方面的问题，从工程咨询与设计的角度分享一些经验并提出几条建议，供今后中小铸造企业搬迁改造参考。

In the light of the problemsincludingproduction scale planning, construction level analysis, project design, cost control, project construction critical path setting, project site selection and energy saving and environmental protection investment,faced by small and medium sized foundry enterprises in the process of transformation in our country.Some experiences have been shared from the perspective of engineering consulting and design, and some suggestionshave been put forward,which canbe used forthe relocation and transformationof middle and small foundry enterprisein the future.
