基于网络关注度的酒店就业需求时空分布

A STUDY ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF TEMPORAL AND SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF HOTEL EMPLOYMENT DEMAND AND THEIR INFLUENTIAL FACTORS BASED ON NETWORK ATTENTION

收集2015年酒店就业需求（网络关注度）等相关数据，利用季节性强度指数、基尼系数、重心模型等方法，分析中国酒店就业需求的时空分布特征及其影响因素，并构建相关模型，分析各影响因素的边际效应，结果显示：酒店就业需求有明显的季节性，年内呈不规则的“M”形变化，且下半年高于上半年；春节后1个月，以及6～8月份是年内酒店就业需求的高峰，法定节假日及周末酒店就业需求相对较低；周内酒店就业需求呈逐渐下降的趋势，周初高、周末低。酒店就业需求空间分布受旅游专业学生数、酒店行业发展状况、人口基数等因素的影响，主要集中在中东部地区，酒店就业需求空间分布具有明显的季节差异。

This paper collects data of hotel employment demand （ network attention） and other relevant data in 20t4, by using the seasonal intensity index, the Gini coefficient, the center - of - gravity model and other meth- ods to analyze Spatiotemporal distribution of the employment demand of hotel and influencing factors. Then, we buildrelated models to analyze Marginal effect of various factors. Finally, this study draws some laws as follows. Hotel employment demandhas obvious laws of seasonal variationandirregular changes like ＂M＂ shape, thedata in the second half are higher than the first halfduring the year. The demand for hotel employment reaches its peak during the month after the Spring Festival as well as from six to August, it＇s relatively low between holidays and weekend. Hotel employment need shows a declining trend in a week, andtheattention on the weekend compared with the beginning of the week is low. Spatial distribution of the hotel employment demand ismainly distributed in the central and eastern provinces and effected by some factors such asstudents majoring in tourism of various provinces, the development of hotel industry, population base, at last, they have obvious seasonal fluctuation simultaneously.
