随着我国产业升级的不断加速与经济结构的快速变化,部分落后产能被市场淘汰并留下了大量工业建筑,在拖累地方经济发展的同时,也严重影响了城市形象。本文力求通过长春电影制片厂的工业遗产再开发历程,探索一种通过创意产业对"工业遗产"进行开发的模式并加以推广。

With China＇s accelerating industrial upgrading and the rapid changes of economic structure, some backward production capacity is eliminated by the market and leaves a large number of industrial buildings, which drags down the local economic development and seriously affects the city＇s image. This essay explores how to develop and promote such a model ＂ protection and redevelopment of industrial heritage from the perspective of creative industry development＂ through the redevelopment of Changchun Film Studio＇s industrial heritage.
