摘要
本文针对某钢厂所生产的82A轮胎帘线钢盘条的拉拔脆断现象进行研究。通过对断口金相组织进行观察分析及硬度检测判定其脆断的原因之一为盘条表面的损伤。通过对断口夹杂物进行分析并和中包夹杂物进行对比分析,得到部分大型夹杂物产生的原因为洁净器保护渣及中包覆盖剂的卷入,从而得知导致盘条拉拔脆断的另一个原因为非稳态浇铸导致的卷渣和二次氧化产物。
The drawing brittle phenomenon of 82A tire cord steel was researched in this paper. According to the observation and analysis of metallographic structure and hardness test, one reason of the brittle fracture of 82A tire cord steel was the damage on the surfaces of the wire rods, another reason was the large size inclusions from the reoxidation products and the involvement of the protective slag and the covering agents the inclusions in the fracture and the tundish sample. during unsteady casting by comparing
