摘要
简要阐述55SiCrA弹簧钢断裂形貌及多种影响因素。针对55SiCrA弹簧钢在制造和使用过程中出现的断裂现象,通过对断口的检测分析,结合现场跟踪、分析和原因排查,确定导致断裂的主要原因。根据所分析原因,制定相应措施减少弹簧钢原材料缺陷的产生,从而防止断裂现象。
The fracture morphology and influence factors of 55SiCrA spring steel are briefly reviewed. And to figure out the main causes for the cracking of 55SiCrA spring steel during its manufacture and application, the authors tested the fractures, traced back the status of production site, and can＇ied out investigation and analysis. Through thesis efforts, the main causes were determined and corresponding measures were taken to reduce the raw material defects, so as to prevent fracture.
