摘要
介绍了国内某3*号炉红土矿冶炼结瘤炉况处理。分析了不同的操作制度对炉况和生产指标的影响。最终确定了上部采取“以中心气流为主,适当发展边缘气流”的布料制度,下部找出以合适的鼓风动能为主的送风制度。生产实践表明,操作制度合适后,高炉稳定顺行。
This article introduces a solution to scaffolding in No.3 blast furnace in a domestic Nickel Corporation. It analyses the effect of different operation regulations on furnace status and production index. With the efforts, a proper burden distribution system for the upper part of the furnace was determined which mainly kept the central airflow and appropriately developed peripheral airflow, and a suitable blast system for the lower part of the furnace was also figured out which mainly focused on proper blast momentum. And the practice showed that a stable and smooth blast furnace operation had been achieved when operation regulations were properly adjusted.
