摘要
为了确保医学细胞生物学和生物化学课程体系的完整和连贯,我们将重复内容进行整合.依据细胞的形态(细胞器)归细胞生物学,细胞的代谢和信息传递归生物化学的原则,将线粒体和核糖体的形态结构归入细胞生物学,并对此进行系统的讲解;而将细胞的分子组成、生物氧化、信号转导和遗传信息的传递等归入生物化学.课程整合避免了教学内容的重复,增强了课程之间的有机衔接,减轻了学生的学习负担.
The curriculum contents of Medical Biochemistry and Cell Biology overlap much which re- sults in many contexts that are taught repeatedly in two subjects. In order to ensure integrity and linkage between Biochemistry and Cell Biology, the integration between two subjects has been ex- plored. Such as, the contents of cellular morphology (organelle) were incorporated into Cell Biology. Meanwhile, the contents of metabolism and genetic informational were transferred into Biochemistry subject. The contexts of mitochondria and ribosome had been integrated into Cell Biology subject, contrarily, and contexts of the molecular components of cells, biological oxidation, signal transduc- tion and genetic informational transfer had been integrated into Biochemistry course. After the inte- gration, the repeated contents are decreased, the linkages of the two courses are increased, thus re- ducing the learning burdens of students.
