上海里弄保护与改造实践述评

On the Practice of Shanghai Lilong Preservation and Rehabilitation

文章从历史建筑保护、改造和城市有机更新实践的角度,述评了自改革开放以来,上海里弄保护与改造的若干案例。通过案例分析,提出里弄保护与改造实践在政策法规、消防、节能等各方面面临的矛盾和问题,为今后的实践提供参考性的思考。

This article gives a brief introduction to the history of preservation and rehabilitation of the Shanghai Lilong since the implementation of the reform and open door policy in 1978. From the perspectives of heritage conservation, building rehabilitation, and urban renewal, the article identifies the contradictions and problems regarding policy-making, fire control, and energy saving. It intends to provide reference and thinking for the preservation and rehabilitation of the Shanghai Lilong in the future.
