摘要
目的:观察补肾调肝汤治疗心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床疗效及相关指标改善情况。方法:将心肌梗死后心绞痛肾虚肝郁证患者64例随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服补肾调肝汤治疗。结果:中医综合疗效及心绞痛疗效总有效率治疗组均为96.9%,对照组分别为78.1%与81.3%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心绞痛发作频率治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调肝汤治疗心肌梗死后心绞痛临床疗效满意,并能纠正血脂异常,降低炎症水平。
Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome and improvement in related indices in patients with angina peetoris after myocardial infarction treated with Bushen Tiaogan decoction. Methods : A total of 64 patients with angina pectoris with the syndrome of kidney deficiency and stagnation of liver qi after myocardial infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 32 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment, and those in the treatment group were given Bushen Tiaogan decoction in addition to the treatment for the control group. Results:There were significant differ- ences in the overall response rates of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) therapy and angina peetoris treatment between the treatment group and the control group(TCM therapy:96.9% vs 78.1% ,P 〈 0.05 ; angina pectoris treatment:96. 9% vs 81.3% ,P 〈0. 05). Both groups had a significant change in the frequency of anginal at- tack after treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P 〈 O. 05). There were significant differences in the serum levels of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein, total cholesterol, triglyeer- ide, and low - density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Bushen Tiaogan de- coction has a satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of angina pectoris after myocardial infarction and can correct abnormal blood lipid levels and reduce inflammation.
