中药内服联合皮肤透析治疗慢性肾衰竭50例临床观察

Clinical effect of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with skin dialysis in treatment of chronic renal failure: an analysis of 50 cases

目的:观察中药内服联合皮肤透析疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将100例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药内服结合皮肤透析疗法治疗。观察两组总有效率、治疗前后BUN、Scr、Ccr、皮肤瘙痒症状评分的改变。结果:总有效率治疗组为88.0%,对照组为76.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组BUN、Scr、Ccr、皮肤瘙痒症状评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服联合皮肤透析疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭有较好疗效,能改善患者的肾功能,且安全、无毒副作用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with skin dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods：A total of 100 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 50 patients in each group. The pa- tients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment, and those in the treatment group were given oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with skin dialysis in addition to the treat- ment for the control group. The overall response rate and changes in blood urea nitrogen （BUN） , serum creatine （SCr） ,creatinine clearance rate（CCR） , and pruritus symptom score were observed in both groups. Results：There was a significant difference in the overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（88.0% vs 76. 0% ,P 〈0. 05）. Both groups had significant changes in BUN, SCr, CCR, and pruritus symptom score after treat- ment ,and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Con- clusion：Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with skin dialysis has a good clinical effect and few side effects in the treatment of chronic renal failure and can improve patients＇ renal function.
