摘要
目的:观察^(60)Coγ射线对大鼠涎腺功能及形态学影响。方法:取成年雄性SD大鼠48只随机分为实验组和对照组各4组,每组各6只。实验组大鼠给予一次性^(60)Coγ射线照射头颈部后,每6 d称重,并分别于1、4、8、12周后,取全血以观察其全身情况,及唾液、腮腺组织以观察涎腺功能、形态学变化。结果:经^(60)Coγ18 Gy照射后,大鼠体重第6 d左右降到最低后逐渐增加;1周后白细胞计数明显升高,红细胞计数及血红蛋白略有升高,随后各项指标均回归至正常值范围内。唾液流量及唾液淀粉酶含量虽较对照组明显降低,但有增加趋势(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,实验组腮腺腺泡均有变小趋势,腮腺组织中AQP5表达量随时间呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:^(60)Coγ射线18Gy放射后对大鼠涎腺功能及形态变化明显。
Objective:To investigate the effect of 60 Coγ rays on the function and morphology of salivary gland in rats.Methods:Forty-eight adult male SD rats were randomly divided into 1,4,8 and 12 weeks for control and experimental groups,respectively.There were 8 groups that each group with 6 rats.After experimental groups were radiated with 60Coγrays on head and neck region in dose of 18 Gy,the rats were weighted every 6 days and taken the whole blood ,that the parotid gland tissue and saliva of them were tested .Results:After exposure to 60Coγrays,the weight,white blood cell count,red blood cell count and hemoglobin of rats decreased to the lowest after 6 days and then gradually increased .Even though there was an increasing trend on saliva flow and salivary amylase content , the experimental groups were lower than the control groups significantly ( P〈0.05 ) .The acinar cells of experimental groups tended to become smaller , and the expression of AQP5 in the parotid gland was negatively correlated with the time in the experimental groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion:60Coγrays have a little impact on the whole body ,but a great impact on salivary gland function and morphology .
