SLA与SLS制作硅橡胶赝复体表面纹理的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:比较选区光固化立体造型(stereo lithography apparatus,SLA)和激光烧结(selected laser sintering,SLS)两种快速成型技术制作赝复体皮纹的实际效果。方法:利用Geomagic软件中的浮雕功能模拟不同皮纹深度,采用SLA与SLS两种快速成型技术制作负型并翻制成硅橡胶样块,比较两者纹理效果。结果:采用SLA技术翻制的硅橡胶样块的纹理与模拟的皮纹深度一致,而采用SLS技术翻制的硅橡胶样块纹理准确度较低,其台阶效应可适用于对皮纹要求不高的部位。结论:SLA技术能够满足制作对皮纹要求较高的颜面赝复体,SLS技术适用于制作对皮肤纹理要求不高部位的赝复体。 Objective:To establish the practical effect by comparative stereo lithography apparatus ( SLA) and select-ed laser sintering ( SLS) fabricated facial wrinkles of silastic prostheses .Methods:Different depth of facial wrinkles were sim-ulated with Geomagic software , comparative analyzed the two methods of rapid prototyping practiced negative molds and to translate the silastic cubes .Results:The wrinkles of silastic samples using SLA technology system consistent with the skin depth,and the texture of silastic samples using SLS technology system was not accurate enough but the step effect could been applied to the position which not require high accuracy .Conclusion:SLA technology can meet the precise requirements of the fabricating of facial prostheses ,SLS technology is more suitable for the prosthesis which skin texture not require high accuracy .
