3D打印技术应用于下颌骨缺损腓骨移植术对护理健康教育的影响 被引量:7

The influence of nursing health education on 3D printing technology in application of mandibular defects transplantation

摘要 目的:探讨3D打印技术应用于口腔颌面外科下颌骨缺损腓骨移植术的围手术期护理特点。方法:回顾性分析我科15例结合3D打印技术下颌骨缺损腓骨移植患者术前和术后的护理方式和特点及术后恢复情况。结果:15例患者均手术成功,安全度过围手术期,均未见皮瓣危象、植骨坏死、伤口感染等临床并发症发生。结论:3D打印技术应用于下颌骨缺损腓骨移植术,可有效提高护理健康教育,加强手术效果,促进术后恢复。 Objective::To investigate nursing characteristics of 3D printing technology in application of mandibular defects transplantation .Methods:Nursing characteristics were analyzed in 15 patients with mandibular defect treatment with vascularized fibular grafting ,3D printing technology were summarized in perioperative period .Results:All patients successful-ly underwent operations .There was no crises of blood-circulation in flap and wound infection .Conclusion:3D printing tech-nology,conbined with characteristics of clinical nursing and psychological care can effectively improve postoperative recovery in patient mandibular defects .
