高龄老人健康状况与生活自理能力调查

Survey of the Elderly of Health Condition and Self-care Ability

目的了解鸟鲁木齐市水磨沟区高龄老人身体健康状况及生活自理程度。方法对乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区213饲高龄老人进行常规体检,对多发病进行排序,并对其身体指标与自理能力进行分析。结果高血压在高龄老人痰病谱中高居榜首,其次是血脂异常;女性老人舒张压高于男性;75.12%高龄老人生活能够完全自理。结论高龄老人慢性病患病率高,血压控制不理想。大部分高龄老人日常生活能够完全自理。

Objective To investigate the elderly health status and self-care ability at Urumqi Shuimogou district.Methods The medical examinations of 213 the elderly were taken,the frequently-occurring disease was sort,and their health status and self-care ability were analyzed.Results Among the top of spectnim of disease was hypertension in the elderly disease,the next was dyslipidemia;the diastolic blood pressure of old women was higher than that of men;75.12%of the elderly can take care of themselves.Conclusion Chronic disease prevalence rate of elderly is high,the elderly have poorly control of blood pressure.Most of the elderly can completely take care of themselves.
