摘要 目的了解新疆焉耆县人民医院2012-2015年血培养阳性标本检出的病原菌分布情况,为临床医生的诊治提供实验室依据。方法采用BACT/ALERT3D全自动血培养仪进行血培养,VITEK2-Compact全自动微生物鉴定分析仪进行细菌鉴定。结果 3260份血培养标本中,阳性标本为364份,阳性检出率为11.17%。其中革兰阴性菌占81.32%(296/364),革兰阳性菌占18.13%(66/364),念珠菌占0.55%(2/364)。居前十位的病原菌依次为马尔他布鲁菌52.47%(191/364)、大肠埃希菌16.49%(60/364)、肺炎克雷伯菌5.50%(20/364)、金黄色葡萄球菌5.22%(19/364)、表皮葡萄球菌3.30%(12/364)、草绿色链球菌3.02%(11/364)、小棒状杆菌属2.75%(10/364)、阴沟肠杆菌1.37%(5/364)、沙门菌属1.37%(5/364)、无乳链球菌1.37%(5/364)。结论本院血培养阳性结果中,以革兰阴性细菌为主,其中,马尔他布鲁菌占总阳性率的52.47%(191/364)。 Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogens isolated from blood cultures from 2012 to 2015,and to provide the laboratory basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods BACT-ALERT 3D automated blood culture system was used to have blood cultures and the VITEK2-Compact system of positive samples species were used for identification and susceptibility testing.Results Among 3260 cases of blood samples,364 cases were positive,the positive rate was 11.17%,Gram-positive cocci was accounted for18.13%(66/364),Gram-negative bacteria was accounted for 81.32%(296/364),fungi was 0.55%(2/364).The pathogens of the top ten pathogens were Brucella malta 52.47%(191/364),Escherichia coli 16.49%(60/364),Klebsiella pneumoniae 5.50%(20/364),Staphylococcus aureus 5.22%(19/364),Staphylococcus epidermidis 3.30%(12/364),Streptococcus viridans 3.02(11/364),Corynebacterium 2.75%(10/364),Enterobacter cloacae 1.37%(5/364),Salmonella 1.37%(5/364),Streptococcus agalactiae 1.37%(5/364).Conclusion The main hospital pathogens causing blood culture infections Gram-negative bacteria is still mainly widespread strains,Brucella malta is accounted for 52.47%of the total positive rate(191/364).
