PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析研究股骨近端防旋髓内治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对144例股骨粗隆间骨折患者使用PFNA治疗,统计手术时间、术中出血量、输血量、围手术期并发症,并对患侧髋关节进行Hanis评分。结果PFNA组平均随访时间12个月(6~24个月),平均住院时间(18.5±2.4)d,平均手术时间(62±14.5)min,术中平均出血量为(193±102.5)ml。平均愈合时间为15.8周(12~18周),未发现内固定物断钉,未发现有明显复位丢失和股骨头缺血性坏死患者。术后有12例(18.5%)惠者完全恢复到伤前的活动水平。按Harris评分评定疗效:优良129例,可15例,优良率89%;结论 PFNA是治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折相对安全、创伤较小的方法。 Objective To analyze treatment effect analysis of intertrochanteric fracture of femur with proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA) in senile people.Methods 144 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were using PFNA treatment,statistical operation time,intraoperative blood loss,blood transfusion amount,perioperative complications were counted,and Harris were used to score.ResultS PFNA group average follow-up period was 12 months(6~24 months),the average length of hospital stay was(18.5 ±2.4)d,the average operation time was(62 ± 14.5)min,average intraoperative blood loss was(193 ± 102.5)ml.The average healing time was 15.8 weeks(12-18 weeks) and found no screw breakage of internal fixation,obvious reset lost has not been found in patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head.In 12 cases(18.5%) patients were fully recovered to the activity level before the injury.According to Harris score evaluation of curative effect:129 cases were excellent,15 cases were fine,the rate of excellent was 89%.Conclusion PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in senile people is a relatively safe,less trauma method.
