摘要
目的:比较尪痹胶囊和尪痹片剂的抗炎作用。方法:选用相同的药材采用两种不同的提取工艺分别制备尪痹胶囊和尪痹片剂,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿考察两种尪痹制剂的抗炎作用,采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应来考察两种尪痹制剂的镇痛作用。以弗氏完全佐剂诱发大鼠关节炎模型观察两种尪痹制剂抗风湿性关节炎的作用,采用胸腺细胞增殖法测IL-1活性,初步评价两种尪痹制剂的抗炎作用。结果:尪痹胶囊可显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿,其作用优于临床等效剂量的片剂。尪痹胶囊可显著减少冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数,其作用与片剂基本相当。尪痹胶囊对大鼠佐剂性关节炎具有显著保护作用,其作用明显优于临床等效剂量的片剂,其作用机制可能与其抑制IL-1活性有关。结论:来源于相同药材,经不同提取工艺制备的尪痹胶囊和尪痹片剂,药效学上存在差异,尪痹胶囊药效优于尪痹片剂。
Objective: To compare the anti-inflammatory effect of Wangbi capsules and Wangbi tablets. Methods. The same medicines were selected and used to made Wangbi capsules and Wangbi tablets by adopting two different extraction technologies. Ear swelling in mice and cotton pellet granuloma in rats were induced by xylene to study the anti-inflammatory effect of these two kinds of Wangbi preparations. Writhing response in mice was induced byacetic acid to study the analgesic effect of two kinds of Wangbi preparations. To evaluate anti-inflammatory effect of two kinds of Wangbi preparations preliminarily, anti-rheumarthritis effect was observed on the rat arthritis model induced by Freund's complete adjuvant and the activity of interleukin-1 (IL-1) was assayed by thymocyte proliferation. Results: Wangbi capsules could obviously inhibit ear swelling in mice and cotton pellet granuloma in rats induced by xylene, and its effect was better than that of tablets of clinical equivalent dose. Wangbi capsules could significantly reduce response times of writhing in mice induced by acetic acid, and its effect was equivalent to that of tablets. Wangbi capsules have evident protective effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats, and its effect was obviously superior to that of tablets of clinical equivalent dose. Its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of the activity of IL-1. Conclusion: Wangbi capsules and Wangbi tablets, coming from the same medicines but using different extraction technologies, have differences in pharmacodynamics. The effect of Wangbi capsules is superior to that of Wangbi tablets.
