胆石利通片治疗胆囊微小息肉216例疗效观察

Curative Effect of Danshi Litong Tablets for Gallbladder Small Polyps:A Study of 216 Cases

目的:观察胆石利通片治疗胆囊微小息肉的临床疗效。方法:选择符合条件的432例气滞痰阻、胆失疏泄证胆囊微小息肉患者,随机分为2组,治疗组216例口服胆石利通片治疗,对照组216例口服消炎利胆片治疗。2组患者于治疗前、治疗4周及8周时行超声检查,空腹检测血清胆固醇,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2疗程后,治疗组总有效率为78.24%,高于对照组的40.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗4周、8周,2组血清胆固醇水平均较治疗前下降,治疗组胆固醇水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗8周时的血清胆固醇水平均低于治疗4周时,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间均有少数病例出现胃肠道反应,肝、肾功能轻度异常,停药后会自行消失,总体安全。2组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胆石利通片治疗胆囊微小息肉,不仅能有效消除胆囊微小息肉,还能调节胆固醇代谢,预防息肉复发,疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Danshi Litong tablets in treating gallbladder smallpolyps.Methods：Selected 432 cases of patients with gallbladder smallpolyps of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction syndrome with gallbladder dysfunction syndrome eligible for the study,and divided them into two groups randomly.Two hundred and sixteen cases in the treatment group received Danshi Litong tablets orally,while 216 cases in the control group received Xiaoyan Lidan tablets orally.Before treatment and four weeks and eight weeks after treatment,patients in both groups received ultrasonography as well as detection of serum cholesterol in fasting condition.Adverse reaction was also observed.Results：After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 78.24%,being higher than 40.74%in the control group（P〈0.01）.Four weeks and eight weeks after treatment,the cholesterol levels in two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment,and the cholesterol levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.After eight weeks of treatment,the cholesterol levels in both groups were lower than those after four weeks of treatment（P〈0.05）.A few cases of mild abnormality of gastrointestinal reaction and liver and renal function were observed in patients in two groups during treatment,but these would disappear after drug withdrawal,so patients were overall safe.No significant difference was found in the comparison of adverse reaction between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Danshi Litong tablets for gallbladder small polyps can not only adjust the cholesterol metabolism effectively,but also eliminate gallbladder small polyps and prevent the recurrence of polyps,which has exact curative effect.
