中药熏蒸结合手法松解治疗膝关节周围骨折术后功能障碍临床观察

Clinical Observation of Herbal Fumigation Combined with Manipulation Release for Dysfunction after Operation for Bone Fractures around Knee Joint

目的:观察中药熏蒸结合手法松懈在膝关节周围骨折术后功能障碍患者中的治疗效果。方法:60例患者采用随机数字法分为2组,各30例,对照组采用常规康复措施治疗,观察组采用中药熏蒸结合手法松懈治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果:2组治疗前膝关节被动活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后3月、6月及12月膝关节被动活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前膝关节功能及平衡量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后膝关节功能及平衡量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节周围骨折术后功能障碍患者采用中药熏蒸结合手法松懈治疗效果理想。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of herbal fumigation combined with manipulation release in treating dysfunction after operation for bone fractures around knee joint.Methods：Divided 60 cases of patients into two groups randomly,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation measures,and the observation group was given herbal fumigation combined with manipulation release.Compared the clinical effect in both groups.Results：No significant difference was found in the comparison of the range of passive movement of knee joints in both groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.On 3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment,the range of passive movement of knee joints in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.No significant difference was found in the comparison of the knee function and balance scale scores in two groups before treatment（P 〉0.05）.The knee function and balance scale scores in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the complication rate in the observation group was 10.00%,being lower than 26.67%in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of herbal fumigation combined with manipulation release for dysfunction after operation for bone fractures around knee joint has ideal curative effect,and it can improve function after surgery.
