云克联合藏药浴治疗骨关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yunke Combined with Tibetan Medicinal Bathing for Osteoarthritis

目的:观察云克联合藏药浴治疗骨关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法:将82例OA患者随机分为云克联合藏药浴组(A组)和对照组(B组),A组42例,静脉注射云克,同时进行藏药五味甘露药浴治疗;B组40例,静脉注射生理盐水,同时进行藏药五味甘露药浴治疗。比较用药前后2组患者的症状、体征评分,同时对综合疗效、不良反应等方面进行评估。结果:用药后,A组20 m步行痛、关节触痛、WOMAC均改善(P<0.05);B组仅关节触痛与用药前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组用药后,20 m步行痛、关节触痛、WOMAC比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组用药后,相关SF-36评分指标均改善(P<0.05);2组间SF-36评分(试验结束时与治疗前差数)相关指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均有不同程度的不良反应,A组1例出现皮疹,发生率为2.38%;B组0例,发生率为0,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:云克联合藏药浴治疗OA疗效可靠,副作用小,耐受性好。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yunke combined with Tibetan medicinal bathing in treating osteo arthritis（OA）.Methods：Divided 82 cases of OA patients into the combination of Yunke and Tibetan medicinal bothing group（group A） and the control group（group B） randomly.42 cases in group A were treated with Yunke injection and Tibetan medicinal bathing of Wuwei Ganlu,while 40 cases in group B were treated with intravenous injection of saline combined with Tibetan medicinal bathing of Wuwei Ganlu.Compared the symptom,sign scores in both groups,and evaluated the comprehensive effect and adverse reaction in both groups before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.Results：After medication,the pain on walking for 20 meters,joint tenderness and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index（WOMAC） in group A were improved（P〈0.05）;while in group B,the significant difference was only found in the comparison of joint tenderness before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Compared the pain on walking for 20 meters,joint tenderness and WOMAC indexes in both group after medication,differences were significant（P〈0.05）.After medication,related health status indicators of Short-Form Health Survey（SF-36） in both groups were all improved（P〈0.05）.Compared the self-evaluation of SF-36 health status in both groups at the end of the experiment and before treatment,no significance was found in the comparison（P〉0.05）.Adverse reactions of different degrees were found in both groups.1 case of rash was found in group A,with an incidence rate of 2.38%;no cases of adverse reaction was found in group B,with an incidence rate of 0,no significance being found in the comparison（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Yunke combined with Tibetan medicinal bathing for OAhas reliable curative effect,little side effect and well tolerance.
