中医治疗与护理干预脑卒中疗效观察及护理满意度评价

Curative Effect and Nursing Satisfaction of Chinese Medicine Treatment and Nursing in Interventing Stroke

目的:观察中医治疗与护理干预脑卒中的疗效及护理满意度。方法:选取在本院治疗的96例脑卒中患者,随机分成实验组和对照组各48例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,实验组在对照组治疗和护理基础上加中医治疗与护理。治疗后观察2组护理满意度及治疗前后日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、神经功能缺损评分的变化。结果:实验组护理总满意率95.83%,对照组护理总满意率83.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组ADL评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);实验组ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医治疗与护理干预能有效减轻脑卒中患者神经功能的缺损,改善日常生活能力,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of Chinese medicine treatment and nursing for stroke.Methods：Selected 96 patients with stroke in our hospital,and divided them into the experiment group and the control group with 48 cases in each randomly.The control group was given basic treatment and nursing,and the experiment group was given Chinese medicine treatment combined with nursing based on the treatment of the control group.Observed nursing satisfaction after treatment and change of scores of activity of daily living scale（ADL） and neurologic impairment of the two groups.Results：The total nursing satisfaction rate was 95.83%in the experiment group,and was 83.33%in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.After intervention,ADL scores of the two groups were both higher than those before treatment（P〈0.01）,and scores of neurologic impairment the two groups were both lower than that before treatment（P〈0.01）.ADL scores of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.01）,scores of neurologic impairment of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine treatment and nursing can relieve neurologic impairment,improve activities of daily living and nursing satisfaction of patients with stroke.
