健脾化痰方联合西药治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jianpi Huatan Prescription Combined with Western Medicine for Obesity PCOS

目的:观察健脾化痰方联合西药治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:选取本院60例肥胖型PCOS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍缓释片合降脂减肥胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用健脾化痰方。观察2组体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比及脂质代谢相关指标的改善情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的BMI和腰臀比均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),且均低于同期对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组TC、TG和LDL-C水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDL-C水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组的TC、TG和LDL-C水平均较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。观察组治疗总有效率83.3%,对照组治疗总有效率60.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在盐酸二甲双胍缓释片合降脂减肥胶囊治疗基础上,加用健脾化痰汤治疗肥胖型PCOS,能提高临床疗效,更有效地改善脂代谢指标,降低BMI和缩小腰臀比。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huatan prescription combined with western medicine for obesity polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods：Selected 60 patients with obesity PCOS as research objects,and divided them into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each,according to the random number table method.The control group was given metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with Jiangzhi Jianfei capsules,and the observation group was given Jianpi Huatan prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Observed improvement of indexes of body mass index（BMI）,waist hip ratio and lipid metabolism related indexes,and compared clinical effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,BMI and waist hip ratio of the observation group were higher than those before treatment and were higher than those of the control group in synchronization（P〈 0.01）.After treatment,levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05,P 0.01）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） levels were higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Decrease of levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group（P〈0.05,P〈 0.01）.The total effective rate was 83.3%in the observation group and was 60.0%in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Based on the treatment of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with Jiangzhi Jianfei tablets,the application of Jianpi Huatan tang can improve clinical effect and lipid metabolicindice index and reduce BMI and waist hip ratio in treating obesity PCOS.
