补肾消癥方联合米非司酮片治疗子宫肌瘤临床观察

Clinical Observation of Bushen Xiaozheng Prescription Combined with Mifepristone Tablets for Hysteromyoma

目的:观察补肾消癥方联合米非司酮片治疗子宫肌瘤肾虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将112例子宫肌瘤肾虚血瘀证患者随机分为对照组和观察组各56例。对照组给予米非司酮片治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用补肾消癥方,2组均治疗3月。观察2组治疗前后子宫肌瘤体积、数量及内分泌指标的变化,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组肌瘤体积均较治疗前缩小(P<0.05),肌瘤数量均较治疗前减少(P<0.05);观察组肌瘤体积小于对照组(P<0.05),肌瘤数量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)、黄体生成激素(LH)及卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组的4项内分泌均下降更显著(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率71.43%,观察组总有效率94.64%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾消癥方联合米非司酮片治疗子宫肌瘤肾虚血瘀证,有助于改善患者的内分泌指标,减少/小子宫肌瘤数量和体积,疗效优于单纯使用米非司酮片。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Xiaozheng prescription combined with mifepristone tablets for hysteromyoma.Methods：Divided 112 cases of patients with hysteromyoma of blood stasis and kidney deficiency syndrome into the control group and the observation group randomly,56 cases in each group.Both groups received mifepristone tablets for treatment,while the observation group additionally received Bushen Xiaozheng prescription.Both groups received treatment for 3 months.Observed the volume and number of hysteromyoma as well as changes of endocrine indexes in both groups before and after treatment,and compared the clinical effect in the two groups.Results：After treatment,the myoma volumes in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the myoma numbers in both groups were declined,comparing with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the myoma volume was smaller than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the myoma number was less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,levels of estradiol（E2）,progesterone（P）,luteinizing hormone（LH） and follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） in two groups were reduced,comparing with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.The decreases of four endocrine indexes were more obvious in the observation group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 71.43%in the control group and 94.64%in the observation group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Bushen Xiaozheng prescription combined with mifepristone tablets for hysteromyoma of blood stasis and kidney deficiency syndrome is beneficial to the improvement of endocrine indexes and reduction of the volume and number of hysteromyoma,which has better curative effect than that of the therapy of pure mifepristone tablets.
