摘要
为探索煤泥水快速有效沉降方法,根据兴庆选煤厂煤泥水的特性,选择聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂,聚合氯化铝为凝聚剂,进行了自然沉降、絮凝沉降、凝聚沉降、凝聚+絮凝联合沉降等试验;结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺和聚合氯化铝联合使用时,通过合理的加药量及操作方式,处理后的煤泥水上清液清亮,絮团密实,有利于煤泥回收、洗水浓度降低。
In order to explore the quick and effective settling method of coal slurry,the natural sedimentation test,the flocculating sedimentation test,the coagulating sedimentation test and the flocculating + coagulating sedimentation test were carried out when polyacrylamide was chosen as flocculent and polyaluminum chloride was chosen as coagulant according to the characteristics of slurry in Xingqing Coal Preparation Plant. The results showed that when the polyacrylamide and polyaluminum chloride were used in combination,the clarified water on the upper part of the slurry was clear and the flocs was dense,which was beneficial to the slime recovery and the wash water concentration to be decreased.
