摘要
BGL气化技术实现了高压富氢环境下的热解,充分利用了气化段煤气显热,无需外部供热,无半焦产品。并从出炉煤气(热解煤气+气化煤气)中获得油(焦油)、气(甲烷等轻烃物质)、合成气(CO+H_2),实现了煤分级分质阶梯利用;该技术的资源、能源综合转化率高,是理想的煤分级分质阶梯利用一体化技术。
BGL gasification technology achieved pyrolysis under high pressure hydrogen-rich environment,and made full use of the gas sensible heat produced by gasification zone,no external heating and no half-coke products.Oil(Tar),gas(methane and other light hydrocarbon substances) and syngas(CO+H_2) were obtained from the baked coal gas(pyrolysis gas + gasification gas),which realized the coal gradation and quality ladder utilization.The technology is with high resource and energy conversion rate,and is an ideal integration technology of coal gradation and quality utilization.
