摘要
主要采用文献资料法,以国家顶层设计战略规划为引领,对"一带一路"战略下中国武术文化"走出去"的先行官身份、机遇、挑战和先行路径进行了系统思考。研究认为:国家"走出去"战略推动了中国武术文化海外交流与合作模式有效构建,"一带一路"战略为中国武术文化国外认同效益的持续发力增添了新型动力源,中国武术文化彰显助推"一带一路"战略有序实施先行官身份同时,既面临有序做大海外市场、促进中国武术文化产业转型升级和提升中国武术文化自身创新能力等机遇,又面临"共性文化"缺失引发的中国武术文化在地化传播受阻、信息不对称所造成的沿线区域武术话语体系失衡和"一带一路"沿线国家武术文化协调发展支持机制不健全等挑战。构筑共性文化,找寻武术文化交流合作切入点,健全武术文化区域协调发展支持机制是凸现新时期中国武术文化"走出去"的"武术文化,人类共享"理念的先行路径。
Guided by national top-level design strategy planning, this study analyzed the vanguard of identity, opportunities and challenges to Wushu culture "going out" and its advance path under "the Belt and Road" strategy by the method of literature review. Conclusions : "Going out" strategy promotes the effective construction of China Wushu culture oversea communication and cooperation mode, and "the Belt and Road" strategy adds new dynamic for foreign identity of China Wushu culture. China Wushu culture highlights and boosts "the Belt and Road" strategy's orderly implementation as vanguard. At the same time, it is facing the opportunity to orderly expand o- verseas markets, promote the upgrading and enhance the innovation ability. It is also facing the challenges to its localization spreading which is caused by lack of universal culture, and facing the imbalance of Wushu culture discourse system along the region, and facing morbidity of Wushu culture cooperation development mechanism along the region. We should build a common culture, use cultural exchange and cooperation of Wushu as breakthrough point, improve regional coordinated development support mechanism, which is the advance path for China Wushu culture going out and sharing it.
