Medical Service Capacity Building of Destroyer and Frigate

通过驱护舰艇卫勤调研既往文献复习,对随舰执行训练、护航任务卫勤工作总结,提出驱护舰艇作战卫勤保障特点及需求,分析舰艇作战过程中三种状态及其保障工作。提出推进全维一体化卫勤,夯实舰艇战救基础;着眼现代信息化卫勤,建强舰艇战救平台;落实实战化演练,提升舰艇战救能力,为建设驱护舰艇战救卫勤体系提供理论支持。

This paper puts forward the characteristics and requirements of medical service of destroyer and frigate and analyzes their three statuses and medical service capability in the battle,by reviewing the previous literature about medical service of destroyer and frigate and summarizing the work of training with the warship and medical service in escort mission. In order to provide theoretical support for constructing the battle field rescue system of destroyer and frigate,the following suggestions are proposed： to push forward full-dimensional integration medical service and solidate the foundation of battle field rescue; to focus on the modern informational medical service and strengthen battle field rescue platform; implement real combat-like military exercise and improve the ability of battle field rescue.
