摘要
目的调查分析外派企业人员日常健康维护和医疗保障现状,为针对性提高我军驻外人员医疗保障能力提供依据。方法对某中资企业派驻国外的350名工作人员日常健康维护情况和个人特殊医疗需求进行问卷调查,通过一般描述性分析和多重响应二分法分析外派工作人员日常健康维护现状。结果外派工作人员常备药箱使用率及健康教育知识掌握程度不足,凭自身经验进行自我诊断的情况不在少数。结论完善常备药箱药品配备,加强健康教育知识学习,利用网络平台开展远程医疗,是提高外派工作人员医疗保障能力的可行办法,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate and analyze the factors that influence the daily health maintenance of stationed-abroad company staff,and to provide reference for the improvement of health service for the troops stationed abroad. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate the current situation of the daily healthcare for the 350 staff of a China-invested enterprise and their personal special medical needs. The results were analyzed through descriptive analysis and multi-response dichotomy analysis. Results Stationed-abroad staff's usage of first aid kit and knowledge of health care are inadequate. Many of them diagnose and treat themselves based on their own experience. Conclusion Equipping first aid kit with adequate medicines,enriching knowledge of health education and applying internet-based remote health service are feasible measures to improve health service for staff stationed abroad,which can serve as reference for health service provided to PLA personnel stationed abroad.
