Latest Progress on FAO/WHO Pesticide Specification Proposal and Elaborations on Requirement and Procedure Updates

本文对第15届FAO/WHO农药标准联席会议(JMPS)暨第60届国际农药分析协作委员会(CIPAC)年会会议情况进行了系统总结。同时结合《FAO/WHO农药标准制定与使用手册》第一版第三次修订,对FAO/WHO产品标准申请最新程序要求变化及影响进行了详细解析。在参考近年来我国农药企业申请FAO/WHO国际农药产品标准情况的基础上,提出相关建议供农药管理部门及业界人士参考。

This article comprehensively summarized up what have been discussed,decided and presented in the 15 th FAO/WHO JMPS meeting and 60 th CIPAC annual meeting.Additionally,combined with the third revision of Manual on Development and Use of FAO and WHO Specifications for Pesticides,all the updates related to the requirements and procedures were elaborated.Based on the status of the proposals conducted by Chinese company,several suggestions were put forward for the reference of governmental agencies and industry.
