摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相,使用C_(18)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在200nm波长下对试样中的苯噻酰草胺和乙氧磺隆进行分离和定量分析。结果表明苯噻酰草胺和乙氧磺隆的线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 2;标准偏差为0.03和0.04;变异系数为0.04%和1.58%;平均回收率99.96%和99.68%。
A method for the separation and the quantitative analysis of simeteyn + eth WP by HPLC with acetonitrile and 0. 05% aqueous phosphoric as mobile phase, using oxysulfuron C18 column and DAD at 200nm wavelength was described. The result showed the linear relative coefficients for simeteyn and ethoxysulfuron were 0. 999 9 and 0. 999 2, that the standard deviation were 0. 03 and 0. 04, that the variation coefficient were 0. 04% and 1.58%, and that the average recovery were 99.96% and 99.68% respectively.
