液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜水果中克百威残留量 被引量:2

Determination of Carbofuran Residues in Vegetable and Fruit by LC-MS/MS

摘要 系统研究克百威在蔬菜水果中的残留量,促进安全生产。采用乙腈提取,饱和氯化钠盐析后离心,上清液加少许PSA净化后过0.22μm滤膜,LC-MS/MS测定。该分析方法的添加回收率在86.2%~110.4%之间,相对标准偏差在3.7%~8.0%之间,最低检出浓度为0.002mg/kg。方法简便、快速、准确度高、精密度好。 To promote the safe production studied. Carbofuran residue were extracted , the from residues of carbofuran in vegetable and fruit were samples with acetonitrile, centrifuged after sodium chloride salting - out, purified by PSA granules and determined by LC - MS/MS. The recoveries, the coefficients of variation and the limit of detection of the method were 86.2% to 110. 4%, 3.7% to 8.0% and 0. 002mg/kg, respectively. The method was fast, simple, accurate and of precision.
